Tennant & Russell Matches EFI & Metrics

Jacksonville, FL) -  Tennant & Russell, LLC, a consulting company specializing in strategic moves for software companies within the printing industry, announced this morning the acquisition of Metrics Sistemas de Informação, Servicos e Comercio LTDA (Metrics), its client, by Electronics For Imaging, Inc., a world leader in customer-focused digital printing innovation.  Metrics is a market leader in Latin America as a provider of ERP/MIS software focused on the printing industry. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Metrics is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Over the past 14 years, the company has built a base of more than 250 customers in Brazil and Latin America. Metrics, under the leadership of Osmar Barbosa, co-founder and CEO of Metrics, will become part of EFI's Software Applications (APPS) portfolio.
